Panama City Scuba Diving
Since the mid 1970s, an artificial reef program has been placing ships, bridges, airplanes and towers to create an ecosystem off the Panama City & Port St. Joe shores. In addition, scuba diving natural reefs and shipwrecks provide the Florida panhandle diver with much to see offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. This is one of the best places for scuba diving in Florida.
