Deep Six Dive & Watersports has immediate opportunities for scuba instructors at our three Treasure Coast locations in Florida. We prefer instructors looking for permanent year round work. Candidates must be able to legally work in the US.

Instructors will teach a full slate of PADI courses, maintain equipment and work on our retail sales floor. We offer educational opportunities at our CDC, competitive pay, health care plan and paid vacation.

About half way between Miami and Orlando in South East Florida, the Treasure Coast offers a high quality of life with many professional and recreational opportunities. Famed for generations as a premier agricultural location, the Treasure Coast is undergoing transformation to an eco-tourism destination and scientific research center hosting world class facilities such as the Smithsonian Marine Research Station and the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute. The Treasure Coast is also home of the Indian River Lagoon, the most diverse ecological estuary in the US and one of the largest sea turtle nesting grounds on the East Coast.

I am currently an unemployed marine technician at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri (I have 16 yrs experience in the marine boating environment). I am inquiring to all dive shops and operators who would like their own marine technician on sight to take care of your fleet and not have to pay such outlandish labor rates imposed by marina operators. I have a resume for you to view at your request; and I am also looking for this to be a permanent move as the work here in Missouri is typically seasonal at best.
